Call Manager Attendant Console

My Attendant Console shows all lines in an unknown state(?), even when you know for a fact that the line is in use. What would cause this?

Re: Call Manager Attendant Console

Yes. We just implemented the built in firewall included in Windows XPSP2 company wide. I will make an exception and then check. thanks for the reminder.

Re: Call Manager Attendant Console

Is this a new setup? Is your call control up? If not then it sounds like a ac user device association issue.

Re: Call Manager Attendant Console

cderen is right, there should be no firewalls between the AC client and CCM but if is completely necessary then open those ports.
