Can anyone tell me if the following is posible in call manager. I am cutting over a call center to IPCC enterprise. Right now I have a group of agents that do alot of paging and call back to their private extendsion and then join the call to the waiting customer. I would like to be able to call out on their private extendsion to a pager number once they connect to the pager they currently can press a second button on there phone and it will enter their call back number and extendsion for them. I have not been able to find a way to do this in call manager. Speed dials do not work because you are already on an active line. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
