Call Manager BARS restore problem

We are attempting to do a BARS restore from an HP 7835 running CM 3.3.3 to a new server that is build with the exact configuration (Versions,OS, SR patches. etc)as the original server. The restore exicutes fine but then hangs on the file "Redirecting all IIS Web service". It will not move past this spot. The new serve is a different hardware platform (IBM 7845) but TAC says this should not matter. We made sure all passwords were the same on both machines.

We have a TAC case open but I thought I'd post it out here as well in case anyone else has seen this.

Try to start manually MS Distributed Transaction Coordinator Service service.

And verify you have enough room for the restore.
