I'm looking for a way to positively track all changes to call manager configuration. Specifically, if a DN configuration is set to foward all, when and by what login was the change made. Are there embedded/existing tools that will provide that tracking?

MLA will track changes made via the CCMAdmin page. MLA is a seperate package downloadable from cco, and allows you to provide more granularity on who can make changes in ccmadmin.

To follow up, you can see what exactly was done when using MLA by looking at logfiles in C:\CiscoWebs\MLA\logs on your publisher CallManager. MLA is highly recommended for any CallManager installation and will be mandatory/builtin for CallManager 4.0.
