we use Call Manager (3.1(2)) along with Interactive Intelligence's Enterprise Interaction Center s/w for our IP Telephony solutions. all the IVR apps are taken care by eic. The integration between the 2 systems is thru CiscoTSP. now we face a problem. The CTI Route Points' and Ports' status is not found. They are also missing in the EIC's TAPI Browser. The error i get in the ININ's TSP Log file is

is it just the route-points that are missing in the tapi-browser ? do you see the phones ? maybe you didn't give ownership of the rp's to the eic-user ? ( user->"eicuser"->associated devices->check all.... ->update
