Call manager - Data Capture and Calling

We are using Cisco Unified Contact Center - Finesse 11

We have to do below things for a custom app which we are storing our customers details

1 – Capturing the Inbound calls Phone no from the Finesse Call Manager System – V 11.00 - lIke in a simple for as attached

2 - The ability to make outgoing calls through A custom desktop application by connecting to Finesse VOIP System - like the call button in attached form sample

Please provide any info on this.  is this technically feasible by using Angular JS or similar coding tools?

How about being able to make a call - is there an API for it?
