Call Manager error message.... need help to reslove it.........

I have a cluster CCM 3.0(9).

one is Publisher, one is Subscriber.

when I add new device,

the web appear a error message.

"Error Getting Protocol Options" at my Publisher server.

Use another Subscriber server to add a new deivce.

maybe my web content is empty, I restart IIS or CCM service is not working.

so How can I do to fix this problem.

If you can add devices from the subscriber server, then the SQL information is intact...because the only database you can add devices to is the publisher. Also, if you administer your system through a subscriber, you are actually looking at the SQL information from the publisher.

With that said, I would recommend stopping the Cisco DataBase Layer service and restarting it.

How can I reslove the web page is not found at subcriber server.

About web page error at publisher server, just restart database layer service, when I restart service, the call manager service is running or ..

because my service can't be stop.
