Call Manager Event log messages

I just brought up a subscriber call manager server, and i am seeing a steady (every second) stream of these errors:

Error: Unable to read/write to Destination directory (\\SERVER2\TFTPPATH\MOH), error = 00000005.

Server2 is the publisher call manager.
