Call Manager Extension Mobility Error 23

Hi frenz,

I have an issue with call manager extension mobility ..I am Using CCM Ver 4.1.3 SR2.

We have integrated the call manager with the active directory server .I have created device profiles and associated with the active directory users.

but when i am tryin to login i get the error login unsuccessful error 23.

but i can see and associate the users through the call manager user search .

it would be great if some one can help on this issue..

i appreaciate an early response from you experts..

You may post the EM trace and a sniffer trace when User logs in.

Hi,

Attached the EM Logs ..can you please check and let me know.

the log says policy violation the user id is not valid ..but i can see the user from the call manager user search and i can also associate this user with a device profile..

anyway i have attached the logs ..

please have a look and let me know..

Hi Jaleel,

Please check your hosts|lmhosts file on CCMs for AD hosts (AD server where CCM is pointing to), restart IIS and tomcat and see if it works.

If not you may post the sniffer trace to see check AD referals.

Hi Jaleel,

I was wondering if your problem has been solved at this moment and what the solution is.

I've exactly the same problem, also Error 23, but this happend after a power outage. It worked fine before on CCM ver 4.1.3SR2.

I hope you or someone can help me whith this issue.

I had the same problem with the same version of CCM. The issue ended up being Pub to Sub DCD synchronization.

Can you login to DC Directory with admin?
