Hi friends, I have a trouble. When I try to install Call Manager 3.1 on my MCS7825 the first time I get "Error 49" when the instalation is finishing (just when is in a "Write" process), the second time when I try to install again (several information is kept of the before instalation) it is more fast and finish without trouble, the trouble is when the installation program request a boot, the system can't restar because "ntoskrnl.exe has an error or isn't present" appear, similar when you try to install W2K on an IBM OS/2.

You could have a hardware failure.
Are you reinstalling the OS using the Same Server Recovery option?

No, Always I'm reinstalling as a New Server option

Try the BIOS erase utility then reinstall the hardware detect cd and ccm.

I tried it and the BIOS was erased, the server lost all the information as the date, hour, etc. but whe I tried againg the error 49 appeared again and next time the ntoskrnl.exe error.
