Call Manager reads all digits-not reading Num-digits

I have CM 3.3(3) installed. I have added a T1 CAS with E&M immediate start gateway. I have added it to CM.

The gateway registers with CM, I can make outbound calls. But, when I call inbound, CM is reading all seven digits, not using the num-digits, which is set to 2.

If I add the extension as seven digits, the incoming call rings. If I try to use my DID, which is based on two digit extensions like "51", the call fails.

This works flawlessly on my PRI, but not this T1 CAS.

Thanks in advance,

Ken

You can try using translation patterns. Also check the following link.

Configuring a Gatekeeper

Thanks. I finally fixed it late Friday!

Here was the deal...in the channel config for each E&M trunk, the "Expected-Digits" was set to zero and "Num-digits" was set to 2.

I changed the "Expected digits" to seven, which is what I saw in dome debugs, and reset the gateway.

That fixed it. I figure that CCM was watching for 10 digits and got confused.

Anwyay, thanks for the input...I'm still going to check the link you sent.
