Call Manager Service doens't start when pc start

Hello,

When I start my callmanager PC, I have got the follow event about the CCM Service:

Timeout (45000 milliseconds) waiting for the Cisco CallManager service to connect.

CCM service doens't start.

When I start the service manually later : No problem, It works !

but I don't find why my service doens't start when I start PC.

I use :

OS 2000.4.2Sr5a

CCM Version : 4.1.3Sr3a

I have applied the change of Ip.

All recommandations are welcomed.

That is bug CSCsd18255:

Workaround:

Option1:

For Preexisting installations of CM or CRS: Upgrade to 2000.4.2sr5a which contains the fix for this defect

Option2:

Upgrade to a CM version that has the fix for this defect. Currently 3.3(5)sr2, 4.1(3)sr3 and the upcoming 4.2(1)sr1 releases contain a fix.

Option3:

If 2000.4.2sr5a is applied prior to CM or CRS installation, then post CM/CRS installation, go to c:\utils and execute CSCsd18255.exe and reboot the server to resolve the issue.

You have the versions which fix this, but note option 3, which should resolve your issue.
