Call Manager Simulator Software (callmanagersimulator.exe)

I downloaded the "callmanagersimulator.exe" application, and I am having trouble getting the phones to operate correctly.

The phones intermittently lock up, calls can only be made in one direction, etc. I want to use this for a demo tomorrow and I am unable to find any documentation on the web. I downloaded the files from the following site.

I would appreciate any information on how to correctly configure the simulator software.

I have a similar issue. Did you ever get this resolved?

It worked after we downloaded all the files from the link and put them in the same directory on a PC.
