Call Manager unable to connect to Active Directory Server
We installed MLA 1.(2) in CallManager 3.3(3) which integrated with Active Directory. Recently, it can not login to the ccm admin page with the normal user. When it was logined, it showed the following information. " You could not be authenticated sucessfully. Unable to connect to Directory Server". Any ideas for this issue? The directory server can be pinged and ip phone worked fine.
