Call Manager Upgrade from 3.0(9)

We run a small CM cluster as described below and we would like to upgrade from our current 3.0(9) to 3.3.2. We are looking for any recommendations on this upgrade process.

Are we better off reloading the servers from scratch directly to 3.3.2 or attempting to upgrade ?

Is there a way to “export” or back-up the database from 3.0.9 then restore to 3.3.2 ?

Is there a software compatibility list anywhere that can tell us if we have the correct IOS on our other devices (list below)

Are there any hidden pitfalls we need to be aware of before we attempt this upgrade ?

Overview:

Two 7835’s (Publisher – subscriber)

We use DPA’s to interface with Octel

VG200

DT24’s to connect to the PSTN

Approx 300 phones – mostly 7960, some 7910

Switches (Multiple Cat 4006 and 3524)
