Does anyone know if a feature in CM 4.0 will allow users that come in from a non-ip phone to mute their audio stream by pressing a key sequence like #6 to mute and *6 to un-mute? I am asking because in using Cisco Confernce Connection that uses CM to set up the calls the lack of the ability for callers to mute their audio seems a glaring omission. If CCC is to be an enterprise level conferencing solution then this is one of the basics that need to be addressed.

Well to answer my own question I just heard back from my Cisco team and the answer is yes, CCC 2.0 will haave a caller mute/unmute function. Go Cisco!

well allow me to disagree with myself. It looks like CCC 2.0 will not happen. It's probably getting rolled up into Meeting Place so the original question still stands. Does anyone know if CM 4.0 will allow callers coming in over the PSTN to mute their audio?
