Call Manager with Active Directory

When I integrate The call manager with an active directory (Cisco Customer directory configuration plugin), the ICD extention in the user page disappear.

The problem exist with DC directory. To resolve, DC directory administrator must set the IAQ flag to 'true".

I didn't find this flag in Active Directory, and no files indicate this problems.

This sounds bug related. Take a look at the bug tool at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/launch_bugtool.pl

If you meet with no known issues there, open a TAC case and get the ball rolling on a fix.
