call manager

Dear all,

Call manager-publisher went down due to some reason and subscriber came up automaticaly .But some ip phones didnot work with  the subscriber.can any body help me to find out the reason?/

Did the subscriber take full copy from the publisher

check the Synchronization between the publisher and subscriber

the subscriber did not take all updated ip phones

so, the ip phones that didnot work, they are new to it

If you only have two servers phones should register to the SUB and in case of failure failover to the PUB, not the other way around.

Do you have both servers in the CUCM group?
