Hello all.<br><br>I have a customer running 2.4(6.135), TSP 6.01, and CM 3.13a. They have an 8 port configuration and the following occurs:<br> When a user checks voice mail, s/he can only use Port 1. If another user attempts to check voice mail simultaneously, receives busy signal.<br> However, if during the time Port 1 is busy, a ring no answer is properly forwarded to Port 2 by Call Mgr.<br><br>Any ideas?
