Call Monitoring on internal Extensions

Hi,

Is there a way to monitor in real time, which extension is talking to which extension, or that if an extension is busy with an outised no. in Callmanager 3.2. Preferrable is this possible with Attendant Console.

Attendant Console doesn't do this, but IPMA (IP Manager Assistant) will. It sees line state for all managers, and what number they're on the phone with if they're on the phone. If your intent is for a single admin assistant to monitor line state for five or fewer managers, IPMA will do the job. IPMA will not monitor large groups of people, however, and only one IPMA user can see a manager's line state at a given time.
