My users want to be able to pick up the phone and press a single button that will allow them to call multiple people (Creating and Gathering certain individuals in a conference). I have already addressed the obvious issues we would cross if it is even possible. What if one person doesn't answer? The phone will continue to ring or you will be transferred to voicemail. I already suggested a Service that will contain a directory listing of only the individuals they would want to have on this "Multiple Call" list, but that is not of interest. It seems that having the ability to do this is more important than the problems using the ability will create. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
