Call on hold reminder

When a call comes into reception the receptionist puts the call on hold if the person is unavailable. I have a customer that wants the on hold call to ring again after 30 seconds to remind the receptionist that there is still a call onhold. Is this possible with Callamanger 3.3?

Such a feature is not available in Callmanager, not even in 3.3. Only parked calls revert back to the parking phone.

You can do the same with Call Park . When the receptionnist put the caller on Call Park and with the Call Park reversion Timeout , you can do ring again the phone 30 or more seconds after .

The way is just different but the result can be the same .And one avantage is that your parked call is released from the phone so you free the IP Phone from one call ....

There are third party reception screen-pops that have this functionality it works great.
