Call out multiple Gateways CCM

I have two locations in the same town. The main location has a PRI line that will be serving all of their incomeing and outgoing calls. The branch currently has a Centrix type connection where even though an outside call will call the branch number it goes to the main location. We will port this number over to the main location PRI which will be answered by thier call center. I would like all outgoing calls to go over the WAN and out the main location PRI. But I am also installing one POTS line for 911 at the branch. How can I get just the 911 calls to go out the branch while having all the other 9.@ calls go out the main location?

Re: Call out multiple Gateways CCM

You make two gateways. One central and one branch.

Put 9.@ in a partition where only the central gateway can be accessed.

Put the 911 route pattern in a partition where only the Remote location can be accessed.

For example:

Let us assume 1xxx are phones in the central location and 2xxx are phones in remote location.

1xxx can access CSS_central which has central_gw as one of the partitions.

2xxx can access CSS_branch which can access branch_gw as one of the partitions.

Now, put 9.@ in a central_gw partition and 911 in branch_gw partition.
