Call Park not releasing number

Call Manager 3.3.3SR3. Pub and Sub. Recent upgrade from 3.3.2(C). If a call is parked and is dropped (call completed or disconnected) Call Manager does not release the number so subsequent parked calls take up the next number and so on until we run out.It clears up if we stop and start the call manager service. Anyone have any ideas as to cause and\or places to look.

I had the same problem with CallManager 3.3.2(C) for months. After working with TAC forever we got an engeneering special of Attendant Console that solved the problem.
