We recently upgraded to Call Manager 3.1(2a). We now have problems with call park. Intermittently we are unable to park a call - the soft buttons are still on the phone, but when you try to park the call, nothing happens. Or - intermittently, when a call is parked, it cannot be retrieved from the call park extension, we just get a fast busy when trying to retrieve the call, and have to wait for the call to ring back.
These problems are random and do not seem to be caused by anything that we can point to, and are not resolved by anything such as resetting phones. It just seems to happen and clear up on it's own. The problems happen independently of each other and do not seem to ever happen at the same time.
