Call Park question

Our call park range is 6X. The problem we are having is that we have a few extensions that begin with 66XXX. So when a call comes in and 66 is the park number, there is a signifcant delay or I have had complaints that they cannot retrieve the call at all.

Any suggestions?

I would change the call park range to say 65XXX assuming you have no extensions that begin with 65.

or make your call park range 6[123457890]

By avoiding 66 as a possibility for a call park position you will not have an overlap in your dialplan.
