Call Park Retrieval Allowed setting on user directory

What's the use of that? Call park is a setting for phone, not for user. Is this related with extension mobility profile?

For one, this feature is necessary if the user is being used to control Attendant Console in CCM 3.3 (ac user for example). It allows for the Call Park DNs to be selected using the ATC application.
