Call Park Reversion Caller ID on CM 4.1

Hello,

on CM 4.1 when a call comes back to the extension that parked it after a timeout currently the original caling parties caller ID information is shown on the display. Is there anyway to make the system give the call park number instead of the original calling party ID? For example, if a call comes in with caller ID of 555-1212 and thenis parked at 1500 when it comes back I want it to show 1500 or something that lets the person know that it is a parked call coming back and not a new call.

You could accomplish this with Call Display Restrictions. Take a look at the Call Park section of the following link. The scenario is not identical, but the concept applies. This would also limit the ability of the user who picks up the call to see the caller ID.
