Call Park Reverson to Web Attendant

I have about 7 attendant consoles and if they are logged into Attendant Console and need to park a call they can do this but it never shows in the call parked window,also when the call reverts back to them it displays as like it is a new call not a reverted call from 5XXX.

Please confirm that you are using Hunt Groups| Pilot Point. (not Line Groups)

Also under ac user the:

Call Park Retrieval Allowed is checked?

Which CCM version?

Version 4.1.3sr3b call park retrieval is checked and we are using line groups,hunt lists, does line groups effect this?

Also, make sure that the phone being use by AC are associated with AC user.

Hi,

You are not able to get the correct behaviour since CTI/TCD is not having control over this call.

If we go to the traces we should see something like:

DEBUG ACClientJTAPIProviderObs.processCallParkEvent(): is not Operator event -> Ignore event.

I have seen this issue before when AC users are not controlled by TCD and are using Hunt

List, Line groups, Hunt Pilot instead of Pilot Point and Hunt Groups.
