When a parked call rings back to the receptionist after the CallParkReversionTimeout, it rings back as a new incoming call. Is there any way to identify the call as a ringback and which park extension is ringing back?
There is actually a defect causing the problem you are seeing. The DDTS number is CSCdv07517. If you have a TAC case open you can ask your engineer to link the case to this DDTS.
