Where can I find the setting to change the amout of time a call is held in the call park que? Thanks

The Call Park Reversion Timer can be found in CCM Administration -> Service -> Service Parameters. Choose your server and the Callmanager Service. The default is 60 seconds. This is a Clusterwide parameter.

Under Service parameters for call manager, call park reversion. Search for reversion keyword on that page.
In CCM Admin, Service -> Service Parameters then choose call manager service.
