Call Parks being dropped

Running CCM 322c spE, WebAttendant that comes with 322c.

WebAttendant parks incoming call and announces the extension to pick up the call. User dials the extension but does not pick up the call. The original caller calls back and complains that the call was dropped (hears 3 short beeps and is dropped). Is there a known bug? What's the fix -- upgrade Attendant Console, service pack, etc.?

I had a problem like this also, what was happening is the

call was dropping when it "recalled" back to the attendant

If the line that parked the call is busy when the recall happens

the outside caller would be dropped.

TO fix it i call forward busy line 1 to line 2 etc,etc

The last line is not forwarded busy so as not to create a loop.
