We have two simple pickup groups configured on CCM. Twice now, the pickup group has failed and the only fix appears to be to delete and recreate the pickup group. There are a few bugs associated with the interoperability between pickup groups and hunt groups, but hunt groups are not configured for these DNs. Has anyone seen anything similar with 4.1(3). Might this be addressed with an upgrade to SR2?
