Call PickUp & High CPU Usage

Hi all,

have an installation with cm 4.2.1 sr1b, where the cpu spikes (ccm.exe) on the callmanager if the called party is in a pickup group.

the cpu spike is on the callmanager server where the calling party phone is registered.

any experience?

Hi Mehmet,

Saw that u have opened a TAC case, I widely recommend you to continue working on it.

Since more info need to be gather in order to find the root cause.

Not sure if others have seen the same behaviour.

yes i have actually opened a tac case. I am sure that others have the same behaviour, but the effect will be seen if you have thousands of phones.

We had a report of this issue, but a upgrade to 4.2(3) resolved it it looks like. We had updated for other reasons. Keeping an eye out for it though just in case. I guess it is good to see someone else experience it.

how many phones are registered on the ccm?

can you say exactly what happened on your installation before 4.2.3?
