Call Pickup shows my own extension

Hi,

I have a CallManager 4.1(3)sr3c and I got a little trouble. I have enabled "Auto Call Pickup" under Service Parameters, then when I pick up a call from a internal extension (from the same cluster), the phone displays my own extension. If it is an external call, it works fine.

If I disable "Auto Call Pickup" parameter, it works fine for both cases.

Does anyone got this problem?

It sounds like tacking on the prefix based on calling search space and not the actual phone is the problem. The callerID should always reamin the original calling party not the forwarding party. You should be able to accolmplish this by setting the External Phone Number Mask under each line. You would then need to take the translation out of the route pattern.
