Call Pickup whilst VM is on

Has anyone had problems with 7960s using the Call Pickup whilst that phone has VoiceMail switched on?

When another phone rings, we go off hook and press pickup, the other phone rings, but no call is picked up on the 7960.

This is CM version 3.0(11) and P003E310. thanks.

Are the phones configured in the same pickup group. If they are you can just use pickup. If they are in different pickup groups then you will need to use group pickup and dial the number of the pickup group you want to pickup. One rule is that if you want a phone to participate in call pickup they have to be configured for a call pickup group. Wether or not it is the phone you are picking up. Let me know if this helps.
