I've created a group pickup number as 2060 and added my 15 phones to the group. I've also checked to make sure that the number 2060 is not being used anywhere. I've also reset my phones and my gateway, restarted CCM service on the server. I am using CCM 3.3(5).
On testing the call pickup feature it's not working on any of the phones. I have different model phones - 7912s, 7960s and a 7970. I tried testing on different model phones, that didn't work. Then I tried it between 3 7960 phones and that didn't work either.
