Does anybody know of third-party services that provide call recording at the phone, not VLAN/switch level? Ideally, I'm seeking an IP service that will record a call, as initiated by the user at the phone, hopefully not the administrator.
All I've seen is the ability to use CRS/CRA to record phone calls, but this relies upon ACD services to be configured and we have no use for that additional overhead. Anyway, any ideas for either of these?
