You can't record directly from a feature within CCM 4.2, but if you use Cisco Unity 4.0(5)+ or Unity Connection, you can use the Live Record feature. With this feature, you conference in the Unity system which records the conversation and saves it in your inbox the same as it would for a voicemail. You can do it with Unity 4.0(3) and 4.0(4), but its not TAC supported.
