Call reference in CCM

Hi,

Is there a way to have a call reference when a user chages DN ? And put an end date to it ? I know I can do it with IPCC, but I want to know if there's a way to do that within the CCM, just like a traditionnal PBX can.

I don't think this is possible with CCM. Like you rightly pointed out, it is possible with IPCC.
