Call Restriction

three IP phone request me that alone they can leave and receive calls since five specific numbers of the same one CCM and two of the PSTN.

Example: Extention 5222 just can leave and receive from 5342, 4321, 3222, 5223 and 6123, and from PSTN 881-555-1234 and 881-666-1234

looks like you need to use Class of Service to restrict outgoing calls on IP phones. But there is no way to stop incoming calls except using voice translation rules on gateway to change the number to a non working call.
