Call Routing Dial Peer

Hi. I have a problem. I have a UC540. Configure it to connect to a CUCM calls through a VPN, the problem is that I need to call out a loopback IP and not the public IP.

The configuration is as follows:

we need to call to the extensions 100 to 299:

dial-peer voice 2013 voip

description Llamadas al Call Manager

destination-pattern [1-2]..

session target ipv4:10.253.252.5

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

The connetion is through VPN. I put a DEBUG PACKET IP and dial the call and this is what showed

UC540# csim start 100

001176: Sep  4 22:32:12.577: IP: s=190.50.50.205 (local), d=10.253.252.5 (FastEthernet0/0), len 44, post-encap feature, FastEther Channel(3), rtype 1, forus FALSE, sendself FALSE, mtu 0, fwdchk FALSE

001177: Sep  4 22:32:12.577: IP: s=190.50.50.205 (local), d=10.253.252.5 (FastEthernet0/0), len 44, sending full packet

I need to route the call from a private IP or loopback.

Call Routing Dial Peer

You have not said which kind of VPN is that. Router will normally use the outgoing interface address.

Anyway, you can use h323 bind commands under the desired interface.
