Call Routing

Hi,<br><br>Is it possible to add a Call Routing rule on Forwarded calls that send the caller to Subscriber's Call Transfer rather than to Greetings?<br>So the subscriber has the opportunity to choice what to do with a call that comes on its extension ( send to Greetings, call another ext or an external nr)<br><br>Thanks in advance<br><br>;-Don<br><br>

Not sure I understand exactly what you want the call flow to look like here... you can always transfer a call (either through routing rules, one key rules, after greeting rules etc...) to either "attempt transfer for" (which will ring the phone of the target if it has an active transfer rule configured) or "send to greeting for" (which will skip the transfer attempt regardless and go right to the greeting rule active for the user).

is this what you're getting at?
