Call Routing

I am trying to set up call routing to have callers that have dialed a specific # to be transferred to a call handler. I have made a new call routing rule for direct calls and entered in the # dialed & selected the call handler. All calls are still going to the opening greeting. <br><br>I appreciate any help & especially this forum.<br><br>Scott<br><br><br>

For the call routing to work in your case, the PBX is going to have to send the called number to Unity via switch integration. What is the switch integration? Can you verify that the switch is sending the called number to Unity? After that, we can take a closer look at the routing rules, and we may even find out that you won't need them.
