Call Setup Bandwidth Requirements

Attempting to find out the bandwidth required to perform call-setup. Assuming we use a 729 CODEC, what would be the actual bandwidth usage on the call manager segment during call establishment.

Wondering if there is additional overhead involved in call setup, which would make call establishment bandwidth usage different than "in a call" bandwidth.
