I have a CallManager and Unity installation that needs to integrate into a third party IVR. I need to know what will be presented to the IVR when the call is front ended by unity and then transfered to the IVR. Will the IVR get the redirected number that Unity dials or the original called number or both.
You can setup a CTI routepoint in Callmanager, which controls CTI ports in turn that register with the IVR box. Have all calls come into Unity and then transfer the call to CTI route point number. (Release transfer).
