I have post a similar message in the Forum for AVVID applications, but I think that the problem might not be from it.
The problem is:
When my IVR application redirects the call to an extension, if the call is internal I can hear the calling sound of the phone. The strange is, when someone calls from outside the company to the IVR application, the IVR redirects the call to a extension, the extension is available, but the calling person can't hear the calling sound in the phone, and I can hear my phone ringing inside the company.
I had a similar problem with DTMF digits, that were detected inside the intranet's company, but were not detected when the call was external. We found out that the problem was a configuration in a dial-peer of the BRI port in our VG200.
Now this problem might be similar but I would like an opinion from you!
