Call Timeout

An IP Phone 7960 called another IP Phone 7960 on the same CCM V. 3.0(9)in the same LAN. After it rings on the second IP Phone and the user goes off hook, he can't hearing the caller for approximately 2-3 seconds.

After this Time the Call will be established.

Do you Use Silence Suppression ?

Click Service -> Service Parameters ->Cisco Callmanager. Make The Value of the "SilenceSuppressionSystemWide " to "False".
