Call transfer at Subscriber options is not working

I'm using the TSP version 7.
I have problems with the "transfer" tab options at Subscribers and Call Handlers. If I choose to transfer to an extension instead to play my greeting, the Unity don't do it, the options that I mark at the "Transfer" tab are clear after click at the SAVE button.
