Call transfer, conference and hold with analog phones

VG224s configured with SCCP

I'm having a hard time getting our Polycom analog phones configured for feature codes on our Call Manager system.

Even after working with TAC and making sure that the VGs are configured properly, I still can't do a blind transfer or conference call with these phones. If anybody has got this working let me know at least what feature codes that you are using

As far as placing a call on hold from the Polycom phone, I was told by TAC that it's not possible to properly put these phones on hold. When I put the phone on hold it gives me a dialtone as though I'm going to transfer the call.

Let me know if you've had success with this.
